Kim is a leader with 15+ years of experience driving brand architecture, narrative, and creative growth, building high-performing unified platforms, propelling revenue and reputation. As an executive-level ally and partner, she’s comfortable owning strategy and tactical roadmaps.
Her areas of expertise include health, mental health, wellness, spirituality, and the mind-body-spirit connection. Her work has been featured and syndicated by the Psychology Today, Mind Body Green, Berkshire Magazine, Yoga Journal, Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Eileen Fisher, Rural Intelligence, Litchfield Magazine, E/The Environmental Magazine, SONIMA Wellness, Organic Consumers Association, Beliefnet, and HuffPo. Kim was a founding editor at Eco Chick, one of the first sites focused on wellness and the environment in the early aughts, featured in The New York Times, Elle, USA Today, and the Wall Street Journal.
She is a mindfulness practitioner, visual artist, certified aromatherapist, and avid outdoor enthusiast. In addition, Kim is an advocate, supporting community-based initiatives to create awareness around mental health and substance use concerns. She is also a visual artist, working in watercolor, charcoal, and oils. Her work has shown in Sharon, CT, and she does occasional commissions. When not creating art, she’s with her family, in nature, or enjoying cuddles with her slightly codependent amateur therapy dog.
